After you’ve found a tool and you’re ready to purchase, you’ll be directed to Sears.com to complete the transaction, or offered a chance to go offline, and get directed to a local retailer that carries Craftsman tools.
The customer care tab yields assistance to information on shipping and delivery, warranty and returns, and repairs and services. And for anything you can’t find or need help with, there’s a customer service form to contact Craftsman directly.
